Marcus & Millichap Arranges $3M Sale of Sebring Office Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.8 million sale of 3200 US HWY 27 S, a 35,733-square-foot office property in Sebring, FL.

The property is currently 95% occupied with minor vacancy on the upper floors where smaller businesses utilize 500-2000 square feet suites. With a new roof and upgraded parking lot as of summer 2020, the asset is in prime location of a tertiary market to continue to cater to Wells Fargo retail customers as well as other smaller tenants seeking 500-2,000 square feet of office space.

Devin Guilliams, Jaclyn Blair and Erick Gonzalez of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company private investor, in the transaction. The buyer, a limited liability company, was represented by Barbara Correa, an investment specialist with Orlando-based US Realty Hub.
