Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2M Sale of Fort Myers Retail Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $2.1 million sale of a 1,974-square-foot retail property net leased to Taco Bell in Fort Myers.

Located at 9430 Daniels Pkwy, the asset is operated by Coastal QSR, a subsidiary of Prometheus Partners, which operates more than 200 restaurants in the Southeast.

Jim Shiebler, James Garner and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a developer, in the transaction. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also represented by Shiebler, Garner and Medefind.
