Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2M Sale of Englewood Apartment Property

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.6 million sale of Lemon Bay Villas, a 12-unit apartment property in Englewood, FL. The property is located at 350 N Elm St.
Adam Podbelski, Ned Roberts, Jason Hague and Sam Ferguson of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor based out of California, was represented by Sebastian Harris, Adam Podbelski, Ned Roberts, Jason Hague and Sam Ferguson of Marcus & Millichap.
“The buyer was attracted to the asset because of the above average yield, turn-key property condition, strong collections amidst the COVID-19 shutdown and the emerging nature of the Englewood market,” said Harris. “These items resulted in a transaction that closed at 100% of the list price.”
