Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2M Sale of Cannabis Dispensary in Boynton Beach

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.4 million sale of Surterra Wellness | Medical Marijuana Dispensary, a 3,590-square foot net-leased retail property in Boynton Beach.

Surterra Wellness | Medical Marijuana Dispensary is located at 3975 W Boynton Beach Blvd., nearby Boynton Beach’s dense retail area. Nearby national retailers include Target, Walmart Supercenter, BJ’s Wholesale, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshall’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Publix, Best Buy, Red Lobster, Applebee’s, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A and Burger King.

Barry Wolfe and Alan Lipsky of Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office represented the seller, a regional developer, in the transaction. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Wolfe and Lipsky.
