Marcus & Millichap Arranges $20M Sale of Lynnfield Shopping Center

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $19.5 million sale of The Shops at Lynnfield, a 64,056-square-foot shopping center in Lynnfield, MASS.

Located at 600 Market St., the property consists of three buildings. One building was built in 1991 and remodeled in 2019 and is occupied by Christmas Tree Shops. The other two buildings were completed in 2018. Tenants at the center include Yankee Candle, Meraki Spa, Starbucks and East Boston Savings Bank.

Glen Kunofsky, Josh Kanter and Anthony D’Ambrosia of Marcus & Millichap arranged the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed seller. The buyer was not disclosed.
