Marcus & Millichap Arranges $1M Sale of Net-Leased Retail Property in Tampa

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.2 million sale of a 5,904-square-foot net-leased retail property anchored by Tire Kingdom in Tampa. Located at 7602 W. Hillsborough Ave., the property has eight years remaining on an absolute net lease.

Gabriel Britti and Ronnie Issenberg of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Gabriel Britti and Ronnie Issenberg.

“Essential businesses continue to be a major focus for private investors,” said Issenberg. “Tire Kingdom is a great company that performs well during economic downturns.”
