Marcus & Millichap Arranges $18M Sale of The Hudson River Hotel

The Hudson River Hotel, a 56-room high-rise hotel in Midtown, has been sold for $18.2 million. Jerry Swon, Robert Hunter, and Leo Reilly from Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer, Hudson West Hospitality.

Located at 442 W 36th St., the 20,344-square-foot, 15-floor boutique hotel is located near Hudson Yards, Times Square, the Empire State Building, Central Park, and the High Line. “The hotel had been on the market several times over the past few years, but offers that were generated never resulted in a sale,” said Swon.
