Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $10 million sale of The Villas at Ballantyne, a 40-unit multifamily property located at 294 Ballantyne St., in El Cajon, CA. Marcus & Millichap’s Austin Ray Huffman and Chistoper J. Zorbas represented the seller and also secured and represented the buyer.

According to Huffman, “The new owner plans on putting approximately $2 million in capital improvements to elevate the asset to one of El Cajon’s most desirable rental addresses. The property will feature renovated interiors, enhanced exterior grounds and new branding.”

The community is comprised of one- and two- bedroom units and almost every residence has been upgraded over the past eight years with new cabinets, flooring, fixtures and counter tops.
