MarcumAsia Expands Space at 7 Penn Plaza
The Feil Organization announced the expansion of MarcumAsia’s headquarters by 8,851 square feet at 7 Penn Plaza, now totaling 14,870 square feet for the next decade.
Situated adjacent to Madison Square Garden, 7 Penn Plaza offers 357,000 square feet across 18 stories and hosts financial and technology tenants. “MarcumAsia is the second expansion we’ve seen at 7 Penn Plaza this year alone, showcasing our commitment to supporting the growth of our tenants by meticulously creating tailored space conducive to their ongoing success,” said Andrew Wiener, Head of Commercial Leasing at The Feil Organization.
Steve Kaplan from Norman Bobrow & Company represented MarcumAsia, while The Feil Organization was represented by Andrew Wiener and David Turino in-house, with an asking rent of $65 per square foot.
