MAP Property Holdings Plans US Bank Tower Revamp in St. Louis

MAP Property Holdings, in partnership with architecture firm Trivers and Cushman & Wakefield, plans to renovate key common areas of One US Bank Plaza, a 36-story, 658,000-square-foot Class A office building in downtown St. Louis.

The building, one of the tallest in the city, will undergo significant upgrades to modernize office space, enhance tenant amenities, and reposition the property for future leasing. The renovation aims to attract a new wave of tenants seeking flexible, high-quality office environments with better access to downtown amenities.

Planned improvements will include lobby renovations, updated common areas, and upgraded mechanical systems. The project reflects a broader trend of revitalizing legacy office buildings in core downtown locations as cities adapt to evolving workplace demands and hybrid work trends.
