Manufacturer Leases 61K-SF of Flex Space in Parsippany, NJ

John Guest USA, a plumbing and industrial products manufacturer, has leased 60,600 square feet at 20 E. Halsey Rd., an industrial/flex property in Parsippany, NJ.

“My client wanted to elevate the brand’s presence commensurate with their growth trajectory at a high-profile, stand-alone facility,” said John Donnelly of Colliers International NJ, which represented the tenant. Thomas Consiglio and Scott Peck from Resource Realty represented property owner GTJ REIT. The property also includes the possibility for expansion.

“GTJ Management recently renovated the building. That proactive move played a big part in securing John Guest USA’s commitment,” Donnelly added. The company will relocate its North American headquarters operations from Fairfield, NJ, in the second quarter of 2018.

Demand for industrial space has been very strong in Northern New Jersey.
