Manufactured Home Community in Clearwater Trades for $10M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $10 million sale of Sunny Grove Mobile Home Community, a 120-space manufactured home community in Clearwater.

Located at 3463 Gulf Bay Blvd., the 55+ senior community is situated on the main thoroughfare in Clearwater. At the time of sale, the park was 98% occupied. It was acquired in conjunction with another seller owned community, the 88-space Far Horizons MHP, which is also located in Clearwater, that closed earlier this year.

Dan Mulkey of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was a nationally known real estate investment company.
