Mansfield Readying for $150M Healthcare Campus

Texas Health Resources and Adventist Health System are collaborating to develop a new health care campus in the Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield, TX. Construction on the 195,400-square-foot facility will begin in fall 2018, and will go north at a cost of $150 million.

The 38-acre campus will be situated at U.S. 287 and Lone Star Road in Johnson County, and will represent Texas Health’s second major development in Mansfield. The four-story facility will have an initial 83-bed capacity, and will also include an 80,000-square-foot medical office building that will house primary care and specialty practices. Also on-site will be a 24/7 emergency room, general surgery, women’s care, orthopedics and interventional cardiology.

The campus is scheduled for a 2020 opening.
