Manor Crossing inks over dozen retailers

Manor Crossing Attracting Major Retailers

A number of retailers have already been announced for the 425,000-square-foot Manor Crossing retail center. Construction is slated to begin in the second or third quarter of 2024, with store openings in 2025. Manor Crossing will rise at the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 290 and FM 973, 15 miles east of Austin.

The Austin Business Journal reports a long list of future tenants, including The Home Depot and what is expected to be an H-E-B grocery store. Other minor anchor tenants are slated to be TJ Maxx, Burlington and Planet Fitness. Restaurant tenants include Einstein Bagel Bros, Jersey Mikes Subs, Chick-fil-A, Chili’s, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Seven Brew, Tropical Café, Five Guys and Abbott’s Frozen Custard.

The Butler Family Partnership Ltd. presented its plans for a 95-acre mixed-use site to Manor City Council in June to develop 600 multifamily units plus 425,000 square feet of commercial space. Butler has enlisted the help of the Retail Connection for the project.
