Mani Brothers Adds 72-Acre Maui Oceanfront Resort

West Hollywood, CA-based Mani Brothers Real Estate Group acquired Travaasa Hāna, a 72-acre oceanfront resort with 75 private bungalows situated on Maui’s east coast. Green Tea LLC, an affiliate of Denver-based Amstar Group, was the seller, though the acquisition price was undisclosed.

The property boasts a unique location with oceanfront vistas surrounded by lush tropical gardens with stand-alone bungalows and multiple pools, hot tubs, relaxation areas, as well as two full-service food and beverage destinations. The wellness-centric property offers 12 treatment rooms and includes such activities as horseback riding, stand-up paddling, yoga and guided meditation.

Mani Brothers’ Gregory Day says, “As we get to know the community of Hāna and the team at the hotel, we will continue to offer the authentic, upscale Hawaiian experience that Travaasa is known for. The dedicated service visitors have enjoyed for years will remain untouched as we work to further enhance this destination resort.”
