Manhattan Skyline Signs Orthodontics Practice on Upper West Side

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. signed a long-term lease with Inspire Orthodontics at 424 W. End Ave. on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Situated within Manhattan Skyline’s 22-story, 230-unit luxury rental apartment building West River House and led by Dr. Reem Abdulrahman, Inspire Orthodontics will operate from a 1,357-square-foot street-level space with 44 feet of frontage along West End Avenue.

“We’re pleased to welcome Inspire Orthodontics to West River House,” said Joshua Roth, Senior Vice President of Retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corporation. “Residents and families living in this bustling Upper West Side neighborhood will certainly benefit from the superior patient care services that Dr. Reem’s practice provides.”

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Inspire Orthodontics was represented by independent broker Dr. Richard Hittman. The space was formerly occupied by Poppyseed Pre-Nursery.
