Hartford’s Manchester Parkade Sold for $19M

Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of Manchester Parkade in Connecticut for $19.2 million. Spanning 302,000 square feet, the shopping center features a Stop and Shop grocery store. 

Located at 346-422 Middle Turnpike West, eight miles from Hartford, the center has a 92% occupancy rate with a total of 46 tenants. The property houses tenants, including Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, and the State of Connecticut Department of Children’s Services, contributing to its 92% occupancy.  

Jim Koury and Alex Quinn with the Koury Group of Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive assignment to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, a Boston area private investor.
