Malnati’s Brings Deep Dish Tenancy to Buffalo Grove Business Park

Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, known for its deep dish pizza, will officially make Buffalo Grove its home. The company will consolidate from several local properties into a 125,000-square-foot facility at 900-950 Busch Pkwy. in Lake County’s Corporate Grove Business Park.

Owned by the Missner Group, the new space will serve as company’s new home office, national e-commerce site, USDA manufacturing plant and fulfillment center. The Malnati Organization will take occupancy in spring 2022. Colliers Chicago’s Ned Frank and Pat Hake represented the Malnati Organization in the transaction.

“As the Malnati Organization continues to expand its product offering and geographical reach, it became necessary to increase manufacturing and distribution capacity,” said Frank. “Following a lengthy search, we were able to identify a property that suited their needs very well and will support growth for years to come.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Brett Kroner represented ownership in leasing negotiations.
