Major Improvements and Spec Suites Draw Resource Square Tenants

A $1.5 million investment and a best-in-class speculative suite program have reignited leasing activity at a four-building Class-A office park in Charlotte.

TerraCap Management recently delivered a host of high-demand tenant amenities including fitness facility, tenant lounge, and conference center at Resource Square I, II, IV, and V at 10925, 10926, 10735, and 10715 David Taylor Drive. The projects, along with the addition of multiple speculative suites with premium finishes, helped secure leases with several companies totaling 51,836 square feet.

Stream Realty Partners Senior Vice President Bob Boykin and Associate John Smoots represented the landlord in the lease transactions. Tenants include KCI Telecommunications represented by Terri Griffin of Emerald Pointe Realty, ZenSpaceIT  represented by Conor Brennan of JLL, Garver represented by Jack Brewer and Catherine Gibbons of Newmark, and Andritz Hydro, represented by Ben Speir of Cherry Speir and Jimmy Sanders and Mitchell Kahlert of ICON Commercial Interests.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
