
Majestic Sunroad Center is Fully Leased
Majestic Sunroad Center in San Diego’s Otay Mesa neighborhood has reached full occupancy. This follows the recent closing of four lease transactions prior to the completion of construction.
“Working closely with Colliers’ San Diego industrial team, we were able to quickly attract these high-quality tenants to occupy our highly sought after class-A industrial spaces that deliver leading edge function and design features,” said Tom Simmons, vice president at Majestic Realty Co.
Majestic Sunroad Center is a three-building 227,268-square-foot industrial business park developed by Majestic Realty Co. and Sunroad Enterprises. Located at 8175, 8140 and 8115 St. Andrews Ave., final construction and tenant improvements will be completed next month with the last tenant moving into its new space in June.
Mark Lewkowitz, Chris Holder and Will Holder of Colliers San Diego represented the lessor, Majestic Realty Co. and two of the four of the lessees. The Colliers team is handling leasing of Landmark at Otay with pre-leasing opportunities available now.
