Majestic Realty Unveils New Building & Lease at Tejon Ranch
The partnership of Tejon Ranch Company and Majestic Realty has completed construction and secured a 629,000 square foot, full-building lease at the Tejon Ranch Commerce Center (TRCC), just north of the Grapevine in Arvin, CA. JLL represented both parties in the lease transaction to an undisclosed major retailer.
“Since the day the first distribution center opened at TRCC nearly 20 years ago, the story at Tejon is one of growth, especially now,” said Tejon Ranch Co. EVP Derek Abbott. “The growth we’ve seen in the last 18 months alone underscores Tejon Ranch’s established value as a proven and opportune place for companies wanting to locate or expand in California.”
The newly built facility is a Class A cross dock industrial building featuring 36’ clear height, seven-inch floor slab and an ESFR sprinkler system. Overall, TRCC is a 1,450-acre master-planned commercial/industrial development that is home to major distribution centers for IKEA, Camping World, Caterpillar, Dollar General and Famous Footwear.
