Majestic Completes 692K-SF Industrial Prelease in Reno

Ranked among one of the top 10 emerging U.S. industrial markets according to Colliers, the Reno, NV market has secured another major tenant, as Majestic Realty has signed a prelease agreement with WebstaurantStore at a 693,000-square-foot building in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center in Reno, NV. The facility is scheduled for completion later this month.

“This new agreement pushes us over 1.2 million square feet of fully preleased Class-A manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities since the middle of last year,” said Majestic Realty’s John Jo. “That’s a powerful endorsement of the strong market fundamentals and an overwhelmingly positive response to the product we are bringing to the Reno marketplace.”

WebstaurantStore, an online restaurant supply store, will occupy the entire Majestic Reno Commercenter III (MRC III) located at 265 Milan Drive. MRC III is a Class-A facility with 36’ clear height, 119 dock doors, ample trailer and auto parking and a large truck courtyard.
