MainStreet Property Group Promotes Two to Co-President 

Kirkland, WA-based real estate developer MainStreet Property Group LLC has named Jackie Hizzey and Kim Faust as co-presidents. Hizzey was previously SVP and CFO, while Faust was formerly SVP of development. 

Hizzey and Faust succeed MainStreet co-founder Kelly Price, who is stepping into the position of CEO, and co-founder Eric Campbell, who has been appointed chairman. 

“It is exciting to see these two strong and experienced women emerge as the day-to-day leaders of our company,” continued Price. “Their expertise has resulted in the cultivation of an amazing team and delivered dozens of market-leading new mixed-use communities and numerous awards/recognitions for our work; they’ve also been dedicated cultural stewards while consistently holding themselves to the highest level of performance.”
