Main Event Signs on for 52K SF at CIM’s Montclair Place

CIM Group signed a long-term lease with Main Event Entertainment to bring its family fun and event center to an approximately 51,802-square-foot space at its Montclair Place, a 1.2-million-square-foot regional retail, restaurant and entertainment destination in Montclair. The space will be Main Event’s first Southern California location.

Main Event will be located on the ground floor below the AMC Dine-in Montclair Place 12, which together occupy an approximately 134,000-square-foot, two-story building that CIM added to Montclair Place as part of its multi-phased program to revitalize the property and bring more entertainment options to the center.

“The addition of Main Event, a premier family game and event center, expands the entertainment options at Montclair Place and is a key component in fulfilling our vision for the repositioning of the center as a community and regional destination that appeals to people of all ages and interests,” said Shaul Kuba, co-founder and principal, CIM.
