Maguire Hayden, Colliers Complete Strasburg Distribution Facilities

Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company and Colliers have completed the redevelopment of two state-of-the-art distribution facilities located at One and Two Shenandoah Valley Drive in Strasburg, Virginia.

The two facilities offer a combined total of 324,000 square feet of warehouse space. Leasing efforts are led by a Colliers team of Vice Chair John Lesinski, Executive Vice President Ben Luke, and Associate Vice President Clay Ellis. The redevelopment was spearheaded by Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, with Arco Design Build serving as the general contractor on the project.

The newly delivered properties are located on the site of a former, single, 400,000-square-foot printing facility. “These facilities represent a significant revitalization of an older industrial property, transforming it into a highly functional, updated space ready with abundant parking for the next generation of industrial tenants,” said Ben Luke, Executive Vice President at Colliers.

The property’s close proximity to the Virginia Inland Port and major highways provides tenants with access to key logistics and distribution networks. The revitalization project also benefited from the support of local and state economic development agencies.
