RASH at Audobon coming to Magnolia

Magnolia Mixed-Use Project Breaks Ground

 XAG Group started work on a mixed-use development in Magnolia, Texas that features over 300 apartment units and over 30,000 square feet of retail. Spanning 20 acres, the project includes RASHA at Audubon, a premier 326-unit Class A multifamily community, and the two-story Audubon Place Retail Center. Audubon in Magnolia, Texas is a 3,000-acre master-planned community.

The development, located at 39899 Mill Creek Road, will feature seven garden-style buildings, including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse and various amenities. These will be connected to the nearby retail center through pedestrian-friendly natural walkways.

The Gonzalez Group, Anchor Construction, Investwell Architects, and the principal at Identity Architecture also worked on the project.

RASHA at Audubon residents will also enjoy amenities, including:

  • Three-structure integrated clubhouse

  • Walking & nature trails with a reflection pond & grill station
