“Magic Mike Live” Finds Times Square Home for NYC Engagement

BLDG Management and Free Association Live have entered into a lease to bring a theater space to 762-766 Eighth Ave. in Times Square for Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike Live, a live musical comedy.

Magic Mike Live will occupy approximately 24,000 square feet at the property as a permanent production under a long-term lease. The deal includes a complete renovation of the upper floors of the building, which is located on the corner of Eighth Avenue and 47th Street.

“We are thrilled to work with the team at Free Association Live to bring a new venue to the Theater District for Magic Mike Live,” said Justin Kleinman, EVP and COO with BLDG Management. “The show has enjoyed incredible success worldwide and this is an ideal location for its New York home.”

Previews for Magic Mike Live are slated to begin on Oct. 8, ahead of an Oct. 22 opening.
