MAG Partners Promotes Jeff Rosen to CIO 

Jeff Rosen has been promoted to managing principal and CIO at MAG Partners LP. As a founding member of the firm, Jeff has been handling complex real estate deals for nearly 20 years, including key projects during his 13-year tenure at Forest City.  

In 2023, he secured over $547 million in multifamily investments by closing three complex deals. As managing principal, Jeff will oversee corporate matters and daily operations, while his role as CIO will focus on capital raising, acquisitions, pipeline development, and managing the company’s financial performance.
