Royal Arc Welding has two corporate and manufacturing facilities in Flat Rock, Michigan

MAG Capital Partners Completes Sale-Leaseback of Industrial Portfolio

MAG Capital Partners, LLC, has completed the sale-leaseback acquisition of a three-property industrial portfolio with Royal Arc Welding, a leading industrial services company headquartered in Flat Rock, MI. 

Northmarq’s Rob Gemerchak represented Royal Arc in the sale of its corporate and manufacturing facilities at 23851 Vreeland Rd. and 23891 Vreeland Rd.. in Flat Rock and 640 County Rd. 27 in Ashley, IN. 

Founded in 1983, Royal Arc Welding provides services ranging from OSHA compliant training, overhead crane and monorail systems to hoist repairs, custom fabrication and rigging equipment. The company services a range of industries that include automotive, steel processing, foundry, plant industry and steel stamping. 

“We believe in the resilience of the American manufacturing industry and will continue to target investments in this sector,” said Andrew Gi, co-principal of Fort Worth-based MAG Capital Partners.
