MAG Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of a 352,625-square-foot industrial real estate portfolio in a sale-leaseback with Robbins Sports Surfaces, a Cincinnati-based manufacturer of high-performance flooring systems for customers, including schools, NCAA, NBA and WNBA arena and practice facilities.

STREAM Capital Partners’ Phil DiGennaro and Joe DiGennaro represented the seller. The multi-property portfolio is located in Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin, and comprises manufacturing, warehouse, lumber processing, milling, finishing, assembly and office space spanning more than 111 acres.
