Cushman & Wakefield extended Maersk USA’s 46,893-square-foot lease and arranged three new long-term leases totaling 24,645 square feet at 180 Park Ave., a Class A office building in Florham Park, New Jersey. Maersk USA is an integrated global container logistics and supply chain company and has been an anchor tenant at 180 Park since 2014.

The three new tenants at the property include:

  • Mariner Wealth Advisors, a financial planner for medical professionals, signed a 9,574-square-foot lease
  • Law firm Finazzo Cossolini O’Leary Meola & Hager LLC signed a 7,840-square-foot lease
  • Independent wealth management and financial services firm Rockefeller Capital Management signed a 7,231-square-foot lease

Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Decillis, William O’Keefe and Courtney Brooke Rosenkrantz represented the landlord, Vision Properties.

“Tenants continue to gravitate to high-quality, fully-amenitized buildings like 180 Park Ave.,” said Decillis. “The building’s reputable ownership, stable financing and capital to perform make it an attractive choice for businesses looking to elevate their corporate identity.”
