Madison Realty Capital, MNS Launch Leasing at Greenpoint Central

Madison Realty Capital and MNS Real Estate have launched the first phase of leasing for Greenpoint Central, an eight-story, two-complex rental development located at 65 and 75 Dupont St. in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. Greenpoint Central will include 473 units, 30% of which will be affordably priced.

Phase one of leasing, located at 75 Dupont, offers the first 194 rental units in the development. Phase two of leasing at 65 Dupont is slated to launch in 2025.

“This development is a testament to our ability to work closely with community members, local elected officials, design professionals, and other agencies to successfully deliver luxury housing to Greenpoint.” said Zachary Kadden, managing director of development at Madison Realty Capital.

He continued, “Greenpoint Central will enrich the evolving residential landscape of the neighborhood, combining its distinct aesthetic with contemporary finishes and modern amenities. We look forward to being an active part of Greenpoint’s vibrant community.”
