Madison Realty Capital Launches Leasing for Second Phase of Greenpoint Project

Madison Realty Capital and MNS Real Estate have launched the second phase of leasing for Greenpoint Central, located at 65 Dupont St. in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. This marks the completion of the Greenpoint Central redevelopment, an eight-story, two-complex residential project delivering 473 total rental units to the neighborhood, 30% of which are affordably priced.

“The launch of leasing at 65 Dupont represents the culmination of a significant redevelopment effort that reimagined a formerly underutilized site into a vibrant residential community,” said Zachary Kadden, managing director of development at Madison Realty Capital. “We are particularly proud of the remediation efforts that led to a full Superfund sign-off, paving the way for a new public elementary school to be built adjacent to the property.”

Designed by Hill West Architects with interiors by Whitehall Interiors, 65 Dupont offers studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury rentals equipped with vented mini split air conditioning systems, in-unit washer/dryers and gray taupe plank flooring.
