Madison International Realty Hires New Head of Equity Capital
Madison International Realty has appointed Evan Abrams as head of US Equity Capital Markets. Based in New York, Abrams will lead strategic investor solutions and market Madison’s real estate products to institutional and private investors. He will also seek new sales opportunities and report to Michael Chen, managing director and Global Head of Equity Capital Markets.
Abrams brings over 20 years of experience, having raised over $3.5 billion in equity capital at Lazard. He previously worked at Hunt Companies, Hodes Weill & Associates, and Credit Suisse. Abrams played a key fundraising role in over $3.5 billion of institutional equity capital commitments raised into U.S. and European real estate and real assets funds.
