Madison Communities Breaks Ground on Charlotte Complex

Madison Communities has begun construction on Madison at Mallard Creek, a 288-unit multifamily community in the Mallard Creek neighborhood in northeast Charlotte.

The new community, located at 2748 Mallard Creek Rd., will have 295,092 square feet of rentable space divided among 12 three-story walk-up buildings with an average apartment size of about 1,025 square feet.

“We’re delighted to bring another garden-style apartment community with thoughtful amenities and luxury design to the Charlotte market,” said Madison Capital Group CEO Ryan Hanks. “Madison at Mallard Creek will serve a need for additional multifamily housing as population and household growth has continued to follow job growth in the region, boosting apartment demand.”

Residents amenities include luxury unit finishes, an integrated clubhouse with a fitness center, an outdoor lounge, and a resort style pool and pool deck with grilling stations and a fire pit. It’s expected to be complete in 2025.
