Madison International Realty has tabbed investment veteran Kenny Moon as Managing Director to advance the firm’s activities in real estate platform investing. Moon will be based in the company’s Los Angeles office.

With more than 15 years experience in real estate investment and finance, including his most recent position at Almanac Realty Investors, Moon will devote his time exclusively to Madison’s platform initiatives providing growth capital to public and private real estate companies.

Madison International’s Ronald Dickerman said in a news release, “Madison has become a global leader in providing liquidity solutions to sponsors and property owners of quality assets located in prime markets across the world. We also seek to apply this capability to invest equity in real estate operating companies and platforms which we believe offer substantial growth opportunities. Kenny has directly applicable experience and will be an invaluable addition to advance these initiatives.”
