Madewell Inks New Lease at Williamsburg 

Madewell, an apparel company, has signed a lease at 109 North Sixth Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn., to occupy more than 8,300 square feet across multiple levels.  

The deal was co-brokered by GoodSpace and Open Space Realty, with legal representation by Ian Lester and Rebecca Clareman for MARK, and in-house counsel Marilyn Williams and Andrew Bank of Morrison Cohen representing Madewell.  

Madewell at 109 North Sixth Street is expected to open in Spring 2024.
