MacKenzie Tapped as Exclusive Leasing Broker for 180K-SF Warehouse

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has been named the exclusive leasing broker of record for Liberty Park Gordonsville, an 180,000-square-foot industrial warehouse building located at 1 Cleveland Street in Gordonsville, Virginia.

Approximately 84,000 square feet of warehouse space is immediately available in the asset, situated just north of Charlottesville. The MacKenzie team in Charlottesville, led by Sam Orr and including Brian Thomas and Ryan Katstra, will handle all marketing and leasing activities on behalf of MAH 720, Limited Partnership, an entity owned and managed by Colin Dougherty.

The single-story building is equipped with 22-foot ceiling heights, 10 loading and 11 drive-in docks, 10 dock levelers and high-capacity electrical service suitable for intensive manufacturing, distribution, or data operations. Liberty Park Gordonsville is situated near the intersection of US Route 15 and US 33 in Central Virginia’s Orange County and is approximately 12 miles from Interstate 64, 20 miles from Charlottesville, 70 miles from Richmond, 100 miles from Washington, D.C., and 165 miles from Norfolk.
