MacKenzie Promotes Tim Harrington to VP 

Tim Harrington has been promoted to vice president at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, a division of The MacKenzie Companies, LLC. Harrington, previously a senior real estate advisor, joined the company in 2020 and has over 14 years of business and commercial real estate experience.  

Based in the Lutherville office, Harrington represents the real estate interests of local, regional, and national retailers in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. Harrington provides site selection, lease negotiation, and multi-market strategy services to retailers and restaurants, and handles sales and leasing for landlords, investors, and property owners.  

Harrington has worked with clients such as BET Investments, ATAPCO, Obrecht Properties, Orrstown Bank, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, and Royal Farms. Harrington is a member of ICSC, the Retail Brokers Network, and the Urban Land Institute. “Tim is part of our younger stable of real estate professionals who consistently demonstrate extreme passion and energy to achieve successful outcomes for our clients,” said Scott Wimbrow, president and principal of MacKenzie.
