MacKenzie Promotes Chris Boland to VP 

Chris Boland has recently been promoted to vice president at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, a full-service brokerage division of The MacKenzie Companies, LLC, based in Lutherville, Maryland.  

Boland, who previously held the position of senior real estate advisor, joined the company in 2022 and brings over 12 years of sales and business development experience, with five years as a real estate broker. Specializing in leasing commercial office and industrial/warehouse space, as well as the sale of office and industrial properties in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area, Boland provides real estate advice to companies, property owners, landlords, and investors. 

Before joining MacKenzie, Boland worked as a commercial real estate broker at Blue & Obrecht Realty for three years. Prior to that, he was involved in sales and business development at LEGACY Global Sports, a global sports event and logistics company based in Portsmouth, NH.
