Mackenzie Names New Multifamily Market Leader
Mackenzie has named architect Julie Bradshaw leader of the firm’s multifamily housing market sector. Bradshaw has been a key team member at the company for five years and has worked as a designer and project manager in the Portland area for nearly two decades, with experience in multifamily and senior housing.
As market sector leader, Bradshaw is spearheading Mackenzie’s efforts, applying skills in project management and sustainable design. She is actively managing several residential projects, including an affordable housing project in Lake Oswego, a joint effort led by developer Hacienda and in collaboration with Access Architecture. Bradshaw is also leading design efforts for a student housing project in Newport for OSU’s Hatfield Marine Science Center.
A Certified Passive House Consultant, Bradshaw has an acumen for sustainable design and its application to residential buildings. Mackenzie provides architecture, interior design, structural, civil and traffic engineering, land use planning, and landscape architecture in Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver.
