Mackenzie Management Awarded Assignment for MD Corporate Campus

MacKenzie Management Company has been awarded the property management assignment for Water’s Edge Corporate Campus, a three-building portfolio comprising 300,000 square feet in Belcamp, Maryland.

MacKenzie Management Vice President Marie Gerwig will lead the property management team that includes Karin Lawson, Mike Smith, and Ryan Funk. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services is the commercial brokerage firm of record for the property.

Water’s Edge Corporate Campus is a 43-acre mixed-use project located along the waterfront of the Bush River. “Water’s Edge Corporate Campus is among the largest and most high-profile business communities in Harford County which makes this assignment a tremendous win for the company,” said Jill Harman, President of MacKenzie Management Company. “We intend to hit the ground running and immediately implement proven asset management protocols aimed at improving the operational efficiencies of the portfolio and reducing expenses.”
