MacKenzie Does Double Duty with Duo of Office, Industrial Sales in Elkridge
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, has brokered the sale of two buildings in the Elkridge submarket of Baltimore, MD for $5.2 million combined.
Douglas Legum Drive, LLC acquired 6805 Douglas Legum Drive from ICAT Real Estate, LLC, for approximately $3.9 million. MacKenzie’s Matthew Curran and Mark Deering represented both entities in the transaction.
Meckley Services, Inc., acquired 6330 Howard Lane from G2, LLC, for approximately $1.3 million. MacKenzie’s Curran and Andrew Meeder represented the seller; Landmark Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
6805 Douglas Legum Drive, a three-story 20,400-square-foot office building, was 100% occupied at the time of the sale.
6330 Howard Lane is a single-story, 9,000-square-foot flex/industrial building. It was acquired to house a new location for the Meckley Services, which provides commercial construction, building services, disaster relief and recovery, and contract and facility services to end-users in the Mid-Atlantic region.
