MacKenzie Commercial Tapped to Lease Charlottesville Warehouse

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has been selected as the exclusive leasing broker for 556 Dettor Road, a 68,000-square-foot warehouse in Charlottesville.

Executive Vice President Sam Orr and Real Estate Advisor Brian Thomas are handling the assignment on behalf of ownership. The fully conditioned building, delivered in 1972, features 30-foot ceilings, two loading docks, one drive-in door, and surface parking with available yard space. Approximately 13,000 square feet of space is available for lease in the asset, which features immediate access to VA Route 29.

556 Dettor Road is positioned approximately 15 miles from Charlottesville-Albermarle Airport and is less than 90 miles from the Virginia Port Authority in Richmond. “With an open layout and great clear height, 556 Dettor Road is configured to support a wide range of industrial and warehouse uses, including light manufacturing, warehouse and logistic operations, and equipment repair services, among others,” said Orr.
