Mackenzie Commercial Tapped to Lease Charlottesville Office Property

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has been chosen as the exclusive leasing broker for 375 Greenbrier Drive in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Sam Orr, executive vice president, and Brian Thomas, real estate advisor, are handling the assignment on behalf of the current owner, Greenbrier Theatre, LLC. Delivered in 1974, the three-story, 23,400-square-foot commercial office building features an all-brick exterior and an open-layout interior with perimeter private offices. Approximately 4,500 square feet of space is available on the ground floor level, and 8,000 square feet on the third floor.

The building is situated just off Seminole Trail, is less than 10 minutes from Charlottesville’s downtown mall and key administrative centers, and is near the University of Virginia and North Fork Discovery Park. “375 Greenbrier Drive features excellent curb appeal and represents a compelling opportunity for a professional services or medical/healthcare user seeking new or expansion space,” said Orr.
