Bryan Herr has joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services as vice president. Previously with Marcus & Millichap, Herr will work from MacKenzie’s Baltimore City offices. He will represent developers, landlords, and institutional owners in the sale and leasing of industrial and warehouse properties across the Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia regions. Additionally, Herr will act as a tenant representative, offering guidance to organizations with specific real estate needs. 

Herr has executed transactions such as Dorsey Business Park, 8230 Bletzer Road, and Redland Court. Before entering the real estate brokerage industry, he managed operations for Amazon and Walmart for nearly a decade.
