MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Brokers Fully Leased Baltimore Office for $5M
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of 6340 Security Boulevard, a 60,000-square-foot office in the Woodlawn section of Baltimore, MD, for $5 million.
The 100% leased property includes tenants such as Accenture, Friendly Finance and Perfect Office.
Owen Rouse, Allison Perry, Hayes Merkert and Adam Nachlas of MacKenzie represented the seller, Woodlawn MD III FGF, LLC and procured the buyer, a local investment group.
The two-story building is across from the headquarters of the Social Security Administration with an exit off I- 695 less than one minute away. Downtown Baltimore is nine miles and Towson is 11 miles away.
“We are seeing definitive trends among companies choosing amenity-rich commercial office environments, as well as a flight-to-quality,” said Rouse. “Well-maintained assets contained in infill locations with a strong tenant roster are still hard to come by, and there will always be a strong demand for these properties as capital also remains plentiful.”
