MacKenzie Brokers Sale of Office Building in Annapolis
Cybersecurity and data analytics company Blackwood has acquired 122 Severn Avenue, a 5,344-square-foot flex/office building overlooking the Severn River in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, for $1.525 million.
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Senior Vice President and Principal Trish Farrell represented the seller, Kevin and Charlene Quinn, in the transaction.
The recently renovated building has private and collaborative office space and a conference room. It is zoned Waterfront Mixed Maritime (WMM), which is suitable for office, retail, light assembly and manufacturing, warehousing, and storage.
122 Severn Avenue is surrounded by retail offerings and restaurants, including Annapolis City Dock, the Annapolis Yacht Club, Chart House, Eastpoint Shopping Center, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Leeward Market.
“Buildings of this size are rarely available in this market, the roll-up door features were highly desirable, and the new owner purchased an irreplaceable asset that will serve its real estate needs for many years to come,” said Farrell.
