MacKenzie Brokers 10K SF in Rockville for Biopharma Provider Seeking Hybrid Options
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, has brokered a lease on behalf of RRD International, LLC, for 9,909 square feet of space at 700 King Farm Road in Rockville, MD.
The six-story, 155,000-square-foot office is part of The District at King Farm, a 430-acre mixed-used community one mile from the Shady Grove Metro Station.
Allison Perry and Adam Nachlas of MacKenzie represented the tenant. Megan Williams and Peter Rosan of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Banyan Street Capital.
RRD International, which services the biopharmaceutical industry, expects to relocate to the building this fall. “With a significant number of company employees transitioning to a remote work posture and future plans for shared workspaces RRD required a smaller, more efficient arrangement,” said Perry. “This right-sizing of its space provides a highly cost-effective solution to the situation while also maintaining the workplace culture that is so important to the company.”
