Macerich Enters Leasing Partnership with CBRE for Iowa Mall

Macerich has announced a leasing partnership with CBRE for its NorthPark Mall property located at 320 W Kimberly Road in Davenport, Iowa.

This relationship is designed to extend the robust efforts of Macerich’s internal leasing teams and uncover additional opportunities. “At every one of our Macerich retail properties, including NorthPark Mall, leasing is a primary focus,” said Eric Bunyan, Senior Vice President, Leasing, Macerich. “This partnership with CBRE, which has expertise in long-term, harder-to-lease spaces, is one more way we are working to secure the right tenants for our spaces.”

Senior Vice President Riley Hogan is the lead local CBRE representative and will oversee the property’s marketing and leasing strategy. “CBRE is excited to work in partnership with Macerich’s talented internal leasing teams to help bring even more new stores to key properties throughout this outstanding portfolio,” said Hogan.
